S2x M3G Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor S2x M3G Surface Mount Rectifiers feature glass passivated junction chip and are ideal for automated placement. These surface mount rectifiers operate from 200V to 1000V reverse voltage and -55°C to 150°C temperature range. The S2x M3G surface mount rectifiers are ROHS compliant, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. Typical application includes switching mode converters and inverters, computer, telecommunication, and freewheeling application.
