LLM630 Compute Kit

M5Stack LLM630 Compute Kit is an AI large language model inference development platform designed for edge computing and intelligent interaction applications. This kit's mainboard includes an Axera AX630C SoC processor with a 3.2 TOPs @ INT8 NPU to efficiently execute Complex Vision (CV) and Large Language Model (LLM) tasks. The LLM630 kit features 4GB LPDDR4 memory, 32GB eMMC storage, Wi-Fi^® 6, Gigabit Ethernet, and multiple display, camera, and audio interfaces. This compute kit supports the StackFlow framework and popular AI models for vision, speech, and text processing.
