RF121 Ultraminiature Magnetic-Latching RF Relays

Teledyne Relays RF121 and RF121R Ultraminuature Magnetic-Latching RF Relays provide a compact electromechanical switching solution with broadband RF performance from DC to 12GHz. The RF121 / RF121R 20Gbps RF relays incorporate a precision 50Ω transmission line in the contact system that provides optimum RF transmission characteristics. This series is designed for switchable RF attenuators, RF switch matrices, high-frequency spread spectrum radios, and other applications that require dependable high-frequency signal fidelity and performance. The magnetic-latching RF121 / RF121R components are suitable for applications in which the power budget is restricted. These relays can be operated with a short-duration pulse. After the contacts have transferred, no external holding power is required.
