AP7351D LDO-Regler

Diodes Incorporated AP7351D Low-Dropout-Regler (LDO) bieten eine hohe Ausgangsspannungsgenauigkeit von ±1 % mit einem garantierten Ausgangsstrom von 150 mA. Diese Regler enthalten eine Spannungsreferenz, einen Fehlerverstärker, eine Strombegrenzungsschaltung und einen Freigabeeingang zum Ein-/Ausschalten des Bauteils. Die AP7351D Regler bieten eine Welligkeitsunterdrückung von 60 dB bei 1 kHz und einen niedrigen Ruhestrom von 0,5 µA. Diese LDO-Regler eignen sich hervorragend für den Einsatz in stromsparenden Handheld-Geräten, IoT-Sensormodulen, Kameras, Wearables und anderen batteriebetriebenen Geräten, die eine längere Zeitspanne erfordern. Die AP7351D Regler sind in X2-DFN1010-4- (Typ B) und SOT25-Gehäusen verfügbar.
