These rectifiers are built with a glass passivated chip junction and are ideal for automated placement. The Taiwan Semiconductor RS2xFS rectifiers feature 2A forward current and a reverse voltage ranging from 200V to 1000V. Typical applications include high-frequency rectification, freewheeling, switching mode converters and inverters, computers, and telecommunication. These devices are RoHS-compliant, lead-free, halogen-free, and come in a low-profile package.
