MBRP Auto-Grade Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MBRP Auto-Grade Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are designed to support current demands ranging from 6A to 15A. These rectifiers minimize thermal runway risk and improve performance in high-voltage and high-temperature applications. The MBRP rectifiers include a guard ring design that reduces electric field stress and minimizes leakage current. These rectifiers are housed in a low-profile and compact DFN5060 package. The MBRP rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and are optimized for freewheeling diode, SMPS, and rectification applications. These rectifiers are used in Electronic Control Units (ECUs), power adapters, mobile devices, LED lighting systems, base station power supplies, solar inverters, and network equipment.
