LDL112 Low-Dropout-Linearregler

STMicroelectronics LDL112 Low-Dropout-Linearregler sind mit einem Keramikkondensator am Ausgang stabilisiert und bieten einen maximalen Strom von 1,2 A mit einer typischen Dropout-Spannung von 300 mV. Die LDL112 verfügen über eine sehr niedrige Drop-Spannung, einen niedrigen Ruhestrom und einen Sperrstromschutz für stromsparende batteriebetriebene Applikationen. Die aktivierte Logiksteuerungsfunktion versetzt den LDL112 in den Ausschalt-Modus und ermöglicht einen Gesamtstromverbrauch, der geringer als 1 μA ist. Das Bauteil enthält außerdem eine Strombegrenzung und einen Übertemperaturschutz.
