ADN4620 und ADN4621 2,5-Gigabit-LVDS-Isolatoren

Analog Devices Inc. ADN4620 und ADN4621 2,5-Gigabit-Zweikanal-LVDS-Isolatoren sind signalisolierte LVDS-Buffer (Low Voltage Differential Signaling, LVDS), die bis zu 2,5 GBit/s mit sehr geringem Jitter betrieben werden. Die Bauteile integrieren die iCoupler®-Technologie von Analog Devices Inc., die für einen Hochgeschwindigkeitsbetrieb optimiert wurde. Diese Technologie bietet eine galvanische Isolierung für LVDS-Signalketten nach dem Drop-in-Prinzip. Die AC-Kopplung und/oder Pegelverschiebung zu den LVDS-Empfängern und von den LVDS-Treibern ermöglicht die Isolierung anderer Hochgeschwindigkeitssignale, wie z. B. der Strommodus-Logikschaltung (Current Mode Logic, CML).
