Die Analog Devices ADuM541x/ADuM641x Isolatoren sind 2,5/3,75kVrms digitale Vierkanal-Isolatoren mit integriertenisoPower® isolierten DC-DC-Wandlern. Diese DC-DC-Wandler sind mit iCoupler®-Technologie entwickelt und bieten eine einstellbare, isolierte Leistung von 3,15-5,25V. Diese Isolatoren verfügen über eine Gleichtaktsicherheit von 100kV/μs, 7ns Verzögerung und 150Mbps Datenrate für robuste Hochgeschwindigkeits-Datenübertragungen in lauten und rauen Umgebungen. Die ADuM541x/ADuM641x Isolatoren machen die Notwendigkeit für separate, isolierte DC-DC-Wandler bei der Entwicklung von isolierten Niedrigenergie-Anwendungen überflüssig. Die iCoupler-Chip-Scale-Transformator-Technologie der Geräte unterstützt isolierte logische Signale und die magnetischen Komponenten der DC-DC-Wandler. Erhältlich in einem kompakten, 24-poligen SSOP-Gehäuse, das Anwendern von ADuM541x/ADuM641x Isolatoren dabei hilft eine vollständige Isolationslösung mit einem kleinen Formfaktor zu entwickeln.

The ADuM541x/ADuM641x isolators eliminate the user's need for a separate, isolated DC-to-DC converter when designing low-power, isolated applications. The devices' iCoupler chip scale transformer technology supports isolated logic signals and the DC-to-DC converters' magnetic components. Available in a compact, 24-lead SSOP package, the ADuM541x/ADuM641x Isolators help users design a small-form factor, total isolation solution.
